How do you conduct your training:
Our condensed six-month program takes place via weekly conference calls using a comprehensive training package of 3-ring binders and CD-ROM tutorials as additional supporting materials. The program includes interactive coaching, intensive learning, group mentoring, along with observation and professional critique of actual coaching sessions. Students immediately experience and begin implementing all the components of a successful practice: essential coaching skills, business development, and professional practice marketing expertise.
Do you offer courses outside of your home-town?:
Yes. Classes are offered throughout the United States and Canada, as well as internationally. Teleclass calls are made from the convenience of the participant’s home or office and then connected via bridgeline with people from all over the world.
Do you offer an ICF accredited program?:
The CTA “Certified Coach Program” has been accredited by the ICF as an "Approved Coach Specific Training Hours (ACSTH) program for 36 hours of Coach Specific Training. These hours can be used to earn or renew an ICF credential.
