Training Program Search Service (TPSS)

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) does not offer training to become a coach (we only offer professional development for practiced coaches). As the accrediting body for coach training programs, we cannot recommend any specific training programs.

To ensure quality training, ICF accredits coach training programs that meet the high standards set forth by ICF and ICF Coach Training. To find ICF-Accredited Training Programs, we suggest that you use our Training Program Search Service (TPSS) below. The search for a coach training program is a highly individual process that depends greatly on your personal preferences and goals. The TPSS is designed to give you basic information about all ICF-Accredited Training Programs.

For further information, please contact this training organization rather than the ICF office. The ICF recommends all approved programs equally and cannot recommend one program over another.

Coacharya’s ACTP program curriculum is one of the most expansive in the coach training system and continues to scale with an objective to meet post-graduate degree standards at the university level. The program has built in formative and summative assessments to ensure learning effectiveness in understanding and practice.
Coacharya blends several organizational leadership interventions with mastery in coaching competencies. The primary objective is to create self-awareness leading to social-awareness. This is accomplished through a learning foundation derivative of Eastern spirituality blended with Western psychology and modern advances in neurobiology and leadership paradigms.
Coacharya’s programs address executives, mid-career professionals, as well as students pursuing graduate degrees in management, healthcare, law, and STEM disciplines.
Coacharya’s proprietary processes (3A, 3C, OLAA™, SPEED™, 65 Back™, GROWTH Wheel) focus on coaching competencies to enhance the capabilities of leadership, communication, relationship, and self -and social-mastery.
Coacharya’s programs are delivered by PCC (Professional Certified Coach) - credentialed coaches trained in Coacharya's transformational methodology. Our associate coaches involved with training are business partners dedicated to learner growth. An MCC-certified training director oversees and supports the program and our trainer coach associates.
