Training Program Search Service (TPSS)
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) does not offer training to become a coach (we only offer professional development for practiced coaches). As the accrediting body for coach training programs, we cannot recommend any specific training programs.
To ensure quality training, ICF accredits coach training programs that meet the high standards set forth by ICF and ICF Coach Training. To find ICF-Accredited Training Programs, we suggest that you use our Training Program Search Service (TPSS) below. The search for a coach training program is a highly individual process that depends greatly on your personal preferences and goals. The TPSS is designed to give you basic information about all ICF-Accredited Training Programs.
For further information, please contact this training organization rather than
the ICF office. The ICF recommends all approved programs equally and cannot
recommend one program over another.

||Efficient Language Coaching Ltd. was founded in 2008 by Rachel Marie Paling with the idea of creating a team of like-minded “language coaches” with different professional backgrounds, teaching qualifications or experience as well as coaching qualifications with the object of transferring language knowledge, know-how and experience to clients in various sectors and fields of competence to offer an advanced, efficient and targeted learning of language. Over the years our team have taken the Language Coaching Certification course to be able to understand how to “coach” languages and become more efficient and focused. Now for the first time the concept of language coaching has been developed, defined and standardised bringing neuroscience and coaching together in the language learning process.
||The ELC Language Coaching Certification® course consists of:Introduction to Neurolanguage Coaching®: focuses on equipping participants with an understanding of the theory and principles behind coaching and the ability to change our patterns of communication and facilitate powerful learning conversations. The first part of the course focuses on introducing participants to life coaching in general and also to the International Coaching Federation principles and core competences. It also introduces an understanding of the theory and principles behind brain-based coaching and how neuroscientific research can assist in understanding and formulating powerful coaching conversations. The coaching style creates the pathway for participants to really assist and empower others to focus and develop themselves. Participants develop key coaching skills, such as active listening, powerful questioning coaching presence and effective coaching conversations as well as learn to about different coaching models. Participants immediately start with coaching practice to pave the way for the neurolanguage coaching structure and approach.Neuroscience and Emotional Intelligence: the second part of the course takes participants through the principles of neuroscience, how the brain functions, learns and reacts, building up the knowledge step by step and then understanding how this applies to language learning, The importance of understanding the emotional brain, social pain, and potentially the perfect learning state as well as the respect for each and every learner as individuals.
Neurolanguage Coaching® Skills: focuses on equipping participants with an understanding of the theory and principles behind Neurolanguage coaching and the ability to integrate principles of traditional coaching together with the neuroscience of learning into the language learning process. In effect, Neurolanguage Coaching has a new structure of delivery of the language learning process as well as new models which lay out the foundations of the process, such as the 3Ms and the 5Cs, PACT PQC and the PROGRESS model. Everything in the Neurolanguage Coaching process connects back to how the brain reacts and functions, creating an empowering learning process.
